1. Who we are

Thuo Tech provides cloud-based livestock record-keeping and farm-management software for farmers in Botswana, accessible via web and desktop applications (“the Service”).

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the actions of users you add to your farm account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscription and payment

The Service costs P100 per month per farm, payable in advance. Payments are processed by DPO Pay; we do not store card numbers. Your subscription renews monthly when paid and access is activated immediately on successful payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are issued for billing errors (duplicate or incorrect charges) as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

Your farm records belong to you. You can request an export of your data at any time. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. What the Service is — and is not

Thuo Tech is record-keeping and management software. It helps you keep the records that support veterinary, regulatory and sale processes, but it is not veterinary advice and it does not replace official channels such as the Department of Veterinary Services, BAITS or movement permits. Decisions about your animals remain yours; the accuracy of records you enter is your responsibility.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available at all times and the mobile app keeps working offline, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be kept short.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Botswana, our liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to a claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service grows; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
