What we collect

When you use Thuo Tech we store the information you give us: your name, contact details, farm details, and the livestock records, photos and videos you capture. We also keep basic technical logs (such as login times) to keep accounts secure.

What we use it for

To run the Service: showing you your own records, syncing them between your devices, sending service notifications, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information or your farm data to anyone.

Payments

Card and mobile-money payments are processed by DPO Pay, our payment service provider. Your card number goes directly to DPO over a secure connection — Thuo Tech never sees or stores it. We keep only the payment reference and status needed to manage your subscription.

Where your data lives

Your records are stored on our secured servers, are backed up, and media files are stored encrypted. Access is restricted to your farm account and to the staff who maintain the systems.

Your rights

Your farm records belong to you. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Requests via the contact page are answered promptly.

Messaging channels

If you contact us through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, those platforms process your messages under their own policies; we use the message content only to help you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will announce it in the app before the change takes effect.
